As the CEO of the company, you will play a central role in building and further developing the business by creating clear structures and working methods. An important part of the assignment is also to establish new customer contacts and develop the customer base, as a complement to the many existing and long-term customer relationships that the company already has.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Experience as CEO/Vice CEO with at least 20 employees
• Experience in the construction sector
• Good technical knowledge
• Swedish language skills in both speech and writing
